At Felora, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is incorrect
- The item is damaged during delivery
- The product is defective
- The item is expired upon delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
- Proof of purchase and clear product images may be required
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
- Items returned without original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund/store credit where applicable
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers
- Felora reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet policy requirements
5. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity
Individual skin reactions can vary.
Felora is not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions
- Skin irritation
- Product incompatibility with individual skin types
Customers are encouraged to:
- Review ingredient lists carefully
- Perform a patch test before full use
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for personal skin reactions unless required by applicable consumer laws.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Felora
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns
Felora is not responsible for lost return parcels.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
